Why blog comment is important for SEO 2015? Expert Reviews

Can anyone tell me why blog comment is important for SEO in 2015, When almost every blog comment link is NoFollow, If it's still important, how to find DoFollow High PR and niche related blog comment site. I am really tired to searching it.

In 2015 most of the traditional techniques are not helpful to improve the ranking and traffic of a website. So I will suggest you to stop following this technique and try to get editorial link rather than building backlink for a website. 

Blog comment has been dead for years now. I dont find any use of earning links from comments and if you are not careful they can harm your site rather than give it a boost in the SERPs.  

you can do blog comments but relevant to your site and no- follow or do-follow doesn't matter because google says if you have 100% no-follows then also you will get results in SERP and do-follow is important for page rank but in these days google stops to update the page rank. so you can build no-follow backlinks but quality links and relevant links.

Blog commenting is not effective anymore, and will not help you boost your ranking. But if you want to drive traffic through blog comments, yes you can. Just comment on relevant site, and leave links that will give more information relevant to that article where you leave a comment.

The blog comments are important on referal visits only, if you post an interesting ,helpful comment on high traffic blog you will get a lot of refferal traffic. 

Today, role of blog commenting while promoting the website is almost negligible....but the following blog sites that have essential benefits such as on "disques". 

I don't think it is dead, if you will do in right ways. But commenting like Thanks for sharing or Very Good article or anything else statement does not attract admin and other visitors to focus in your blog.
If you add some valuable comment, then I am 100% sure, admin and other visitors look out your blog, and if they found, you have posted something very good, then may be some of blog owner point your blog in natural way, but It's take some time, You need to target few of blogs for 1 or 2 months.
Actually, both commenting on blog and community like forum is profitable, if you do in right way.
Final line - If you just looking for DoFollow backlinks, then old squarespace blog gives you dofollow backlinks, but don't do that, if want to visible for a long time in SERP, because penguin update will kill your blog ranking.
